In the yard of the Vinoř Castle.
The main principle of the town-planning concept is the ultimate preservation of the closed composition of the location. The external buildings remain mostly intact, new solitary facilities are projected within the yard. The current residential building, the granary and the ancient gate will remain unchanged.
The building with the arcades at the entrance to the area will be reconstructed for non-housing purposes. It’s expected to become a pension and bowling-equipped restaurant. The adjacent storage facilities will be removed, giving way to 10 new facilities.
The traffic connection will be maintained on the current roads in the northern part of the area; the system of internal roads and parking areas provides access to the building and garages.
The heating of residential units in the central area will use an independent gas boiler room. Other facilities are meant to be heated by independent boilers for each section, or each apartment.
The current full-grown greenery will be maintained mostly, and completed with other plants.
