The main scope of activity of Sekyra Group (SG) involves real estate investments, and development of both commercial and residential estate. The group’s professional services are mainly used by international corporations, domestic and international investors, and buyers or tenants of residential units.
Sekyra Group has been active on the Czech real estate market for 18 years. Now it’s one of the leading developer companies with the portfolio that contains a wide range of successfully realized projects for both residential and commercial use. The group has built headquarters for companies such as Česká spořitelna, Nestlé, T-Mobile, Skanska, or National Technical Library. SG has also built or reconstructed about 7,000 flats.
Since 2004, SG is a member of the Association for Private-Public Partnership projects in the Czech Republic. The mission of the Association is to support the private-public partnership projects and strengthen the confidence in this form of private-public cooperation. Three year ago, SG entered the segment of public buildings with the project of the National Technical Library. Once completed in 2009, the library was awarded the Building of the Year and the special jury’s prize Best of Realty.
The group is also a founding partner of the NGO Czech Green Building Council, whose main mission are this: encouraging the market transformation, public education and promotion, expert education, cooperation with public administration, communication between those interested and implementation of environmental certificates of the buildings.
